BOOKING INFORMATION

Upon making your holiday reservation, we do require a deposit of £50.00 we will provisionally hold your holiday for 7 days inorder to receive your deposit which will then confirm your bookng.

Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking.

The remaining balance is to be paid no later than 6 weeks before your holiday begins.

If your holiday is booked at a shorter notice, we will then require the whole amount to be paid at the time of booking.

We do not take booking from any single sex groups under the age of 25, This is due to the local site restriction.

You will find the holiday caravan clean and tidy when you begin your holiday. We request that you respect our caravan at all times and inform us immediately of any accidents or breakages.if anything gets broken please replace.

We do supply everything that you need for your holiday. The pillows and quilts are included, but we do ask you to bring your own sheets, quilt covers, pillow cases and towels.

 Prices are for full weeks part weeks may be available out of main season.

Caravans are available from 4pm and must be vacated by 10am

IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR BALANCE BY THE AGREED DATE (6 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR HOLIDAY START DATE)WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY WITHOUT ANY FURTHER CORRESPONDENCE WHICH WILL RESULT IN YOU LOSING YOUR DEPOSIT

PLEASE NOTE WE OPERATE A NO SMOKING POLICY IN OUR CARAVANS DUE TO THE LATEST LAW REQUIREMENTS

SHOULD DEEP CLEANING OF CARPETS,UPHOLSTERY SOFT FURNISHINGS BE NEEDED AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE. THIS WILL INCURR A BILL FOR £80 FOR EACH MOBILE HOME REQUIRING THIS.YOU WILL BE BILLED WHEN THE MOBILE HOMES ARE CHECKED AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE SHOULD THIS BE NECESSARY.

The person booking the mobile homes is responsible for the condition of the mobile homes on departure and for any billing for damage extra cleaning etc...
